It’s been 8 years since we released Rapture World Conquest – it’s been a wonderful ride – the final number of downloads was over 3 million! We’ve taken the tough decision to retire Rapture from the store later this year. We’d like to thank all the people that have supported us and all the wonderful feedback from fans.

As a thanks – we’ve made a final version available on Steam, IOS and Android – it’s free of ads and in-app purchases – please grab it while it’s available.

Long Overdue Update

It’s been a while since our last post – just a quick update. Work on Rapture has been quiet over the last few months – we’ve been concentrating on our next title. Can’t give too many details yet as it’s early days – but we’re prototyping a multiplayer block game for mobile. Hopefully when it’s further along we’ll reveal more and we’ll be asking for beta testers to give us feedback.

We might also try and get a Rapture update out at some point with some new content – but the focus is on the new title. As always we love to hear from players – so please get in touch and let us know what you’d like to see.

Rapture now on Steam for PC and Mac

Rapture – World Conquest is now available on Steam for PC and Mac. A god game about civilizations, miracles and destruction. There is currently a launch discount of 15%.

To coincide with the release we have updated the mobile game with 5 new civs, 5 new spacescapes, new in game HUD and icons, new sound effects and updates to miracle graphics. Download the mobile version here for free – Amazon, Android and iOS

IAP problems sorted out

Hi all, there has been a few problems with google payments over the last week or so and players haven’t been able to buy the VIP Pack. We appreciate anyone wanting to support us by getting the VIP Pack and those that wrote to us to let us know there was a problem.

It should all now be working and if you still fancied getting rid of ads (and getting the other goodies the VIP pack gives) please give it another try in game.

Multiplayer issues

Just a quick post to say Rapture is currently having multiplayer troubles. Looks like Google have changed something and it’s affecting online play so players can’t connected to each other.

We’re putting together a fix at the moment and hoping to have it up very soon.

Quick April Update

Been quiet for the last month. The multiplayer update has gone well, lots of people playing the game over game center. Numbers have dipped a little now, so if you haven’t already please have a play, helps to get everyone a game.

We’re currently working on upgrading the game to use Apple’s Metal graphics API. Once completed the game will run at a blistering 60fps – making gameplay (even more) silky smooth. We’ve also planning some bigger changes, which we’ll announce closer to release.

As well as those changes we’re also looking towards a PC version of the game on Steam.

We’re going to be attending the Develop conference down in Brighton over the Summer, hopefully we’ll see some of you down there.

Festive update

Been a while since the last update. We’ve been busy working on multiplayer and getting it ready for a beta release. It will probably be available sometime in January. We’re planning on creating an update to the main game with the beta version so everyone can play the early release and give us feedback.
Plans are underway for a PC version of the game via Steam and we’re still considering an Android version, though this will come later next year.

November News

Busy time at Tundra the past few weeks. We’ve been working hard on the new update which has just been released; translating the game into French, German and Spanish. We’re hoping to get a few European review sites interested in the game, to boost downloads a little. At the same time we’re having a sale this week, with a 1/3 off the price. So if you know anyone that hasn’t bought the game, especially French, German or Spanish friends, then please let them know.

We are also up for a Tiga award tomorrow night, for Debut game. Crossing our collective fingers for that.

Multiplayer is coming on well. The first local game has been played and Andy and I have arranged to play the first remote game of Rapture on Saturday morning. I’m very keen to see who is the better player after so much solo practice. Will let you know the results. We’ll be asking for Beta players in the next month or so.

Lastly we’ll be at the London Excel next Wednesday and Thursday for the Apps World expo. We’ll have a stand in the Indie Village, so please stop by and say hi. I (Dan) will be giving a talk on a panel discussion on the Thursday, so please come along and ask interesting questions 🙂

Summer coding

Been lots of scurrying at Tundra in the last few weeks. Plenty of beta testing happening from our lovely Beta testers – (thanks to all of you, hope you’re enjoying the game). We’ve been fixing a few (minor) bugs and tweaking the game here and there. We’re going to be sending out a new beta build very soon, so if anyone else fancies getting an early play of the game and sending us your thoughts then please get in touch at and we’ll get you hooked up.

Rapture is due for release at the end of the month (August), feels like we’re on target, though we still have Apple submission to go through. Fun times ahead!
